Tiny Stats Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Tiny Stats, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable team, league, or organization rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
3. Youth Athlete Information
Tiny Stats may include information about minor players, including roster details, schedules, scores, team assignments, and messages. You may only submit, view, or use player information when you have proper authority and only for team, league, scheduling, scoring, messaging, eligibility, or compliance purposes.
4. Eligibility Documents
Parent-submitted eligibility documents are collected only for league compliance and participation eligibility review. Tiny Stats is not a medical record system and does not provide medical advice.
Do not upload unnecessary medical information. Admins may review submitted documents; coaches see compliance status by default and do not receive document access unless a future permission-based workflow allows it.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the Tiny Stats team or league admin if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Tiny Stats, impersonate another person, submit false information, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, upload malicious files, or use player, parent, coach, or team information for unrelated purposes.
7. Messaging and Conduct
Messages and team communications should be related to team or league activities. Tiny Stats or league admins may remove inappropriate content or restrict accounts that misuse messaging or other platform features.
8. Public and Shared Information
Some information, such as team names, schedules, scores, roster numbers, positions, and public game pages, may be visible to other users or the public depending on the feature. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
9. Accuracy of Information
Scores, schedules, rosters, messages, and eligibility statuses may be entered by users and may contain errors. League or team officials remain responsible for official determinations, eligibility decisions, game results, and corrections.
10. No Professional Advice
Tiny Stats does not determine medical fitness, diagnose conditions, provide treatment guidance, give legal advice, or replace league policies, professional judgment, or emergency procedures.
11. Privacy
Tiny Stats handles account, team, player, message, schedule, score, and eligibility information according to the Privacy Policy. By using Tiny Stats, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described there.
12. Suspension or Removal
Tiny Stats or league admins may suspend, restrict, or remove access if an account is misused, if access is no longer authorized, or if continued access creates a privacy, safety, compliance, or operational concern.
13. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
Tiny Stats is provided as available and may change, pause, or experience errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiny Stats is not responsible for league decisions, eligibility outcomes, user-submitted errors, game results, lost access, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as Tiny Stats evolves. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
